Refund Policy

Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual) renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again.
Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain full access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
One-Time Report Credits
Report credits ($9 each) are non-refundable once used. If you purchased a report credit but have not yet used it, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase and receive a full refund.
Because AuditZap is a digital service, by using the Service (e.g. running an audit) during the 14-day cooling-off period you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the digital content has been fully provided. If you have not used the Service during the cooling-off period, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund where required by applicable consumer law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU consumer protection regulations). If the Service was materially unavailable or defective during your billing period, contact us and we will review your case.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@auditzap.io with your account email and a brief description of your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
